Description
Red Wine Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune 2020 Domaine Pierre Boisson
Pierre Boisson and his sister Anne gradually took over the Boisson-Vadot family estate. Both also produce wines under their own names. Located in Meursault, the Pierre Boisson estate covers 3.5 hectares. The vines are cultivated in a sustainable way, without chemical fertilizers and with ploughing of the soil. The maturation is long and with very few new barrels, the stirring is carried out gently and the wines are not filtered. Pierre Boisson chooses to age the wine for a very long time in old barrels so as not to leave its mark on the wine.
This Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune from Domaine Pierre Boisson is a Pinot Noir gem combining freshness, minerality and complexity, its garnet colour announces beautiful aromas of red fruits, violets with notes of liquorice. The palate is crisp and juicy with a finish full of greed. Ideal with grilled meat or a platter of mature cheeses, it will be an ideal companion for a summer repas with friends.
