Marthe Henry, recently established in Meursault, is a winemaker and wine producer. It is her connection with her grandfather Pierre Boillot, a well-known figure in Meursault, and her passion for wine that drove her to leave journalism to pursue wine training at the Beaune viticulture school, and later with her friends Pierre-Henri Rougeot and Jean-Yves Devevey.
Armed with these experiences, she embarked on a high-quality micro-negotiation before being able to take over some family vineyards in 2023. An advocate of a refined style with minimal intervention, her wines spend at least 18 months in oak barrels, without racking or sulfur. The reds are vinified with some whole clusters.
From her first vintages, Marthe Henry has proven all her talent by delivering wines of great harmony. A talent to discover despite the small quantities produced!
