The Santenay Rouge 1er Cru "Clos des Mouches" 2022 is made from vines planted in the 1980s, carefully maintained and hand-harvested. Situated on a hillside with a southern exposure, this vineyard benefits from a shallow limestone soil that imparts the wine with its minerality and unique structure. The vinification uses indigenous yeasts and includes 30% whole cluster fermentation to preserve the authenticity of the fruit.

The Santenay Rouge "Clos des Mouches" 2022 reveals intense aromas of ripe red fruits, black cherries, and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it presents a beautiful complexity with fine tannins and a long, silky finish.
