The Domaine Lucien Muzard & Fils is one of the iconic producers of the Côte de Beaune, renowned for its expertise and respect for Burgundy winemaking traditions. Located in Santenay, the estate benefits from an exceptional terroir that expresses all the richness and diversity of Burgundy.
The Pommard Rouge "Les Cras" 2021 cuvée comes from a 31-acre plot planted with vines over 80 years old, pruned in simple guyot for better aeration and ripening of the grapes. The Pinot Noir expresses intense aromas of red and black fruits, accompanied by subtle spicy notes and a floral touch of violet. Its silky texture is the result of meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar, ensuring balanced concentration and fine tannins.
The tasting notes reveal a deep wine with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and spicy nuances of pepper and clove. On the palate, the structure is elegant, with beautiful freshness and polished tannins.
