Anne Boisson and his brother Pierre gradually took over the Boisson-Vadot family estate. Both also produce wines under their own names. Located in Meursault, the Anne Boisson estate covers 3.5 hectares. The vines are cultivated in a sustainable way, without chemical fertilizers and with ploughing of the soil. The maturation is long and with very few new barrels, the stirring is carried out gently and the wines are not filtered. Anne Boisson has chosen to age for a very long time in old barrels so as not to mark the wine.
