Pierre Boisson and his sister Anne gradually took over the Boisson-Vadot family estate. Both also produce wines under their own names. Located in Meursault, the Pierre Boisson estate covers 3.5 hectares. The vines are cultivated in a sustainable way, without chemical fertilizers and with ploughing of the soil. The maturation is long and with very few new barrels, the stirring is carried out gently and the wines are not filtered. Pierre Boisson has chosen to age very long in old barrels so as not to mark the wine.

Domaine Pierre Boisson's 2020 Burgundy "Les Belles Côtes" White offers an exceptional taste experience, combining precision, depth and complexity. Its bouquet reveals fruity and floral notes, while its palate seduces with its silky texture and its generosity of fruity flavors.
