Pierre Boisson and his sister Anne gradually took over the Boisson-Vadot family estate. Both also produce wines under their own names. Located in Meursault, the Pierre Boisson estate covers 3.5 hectares. The vines are cultivated in a sustainable way, without chemical fertilizers and with ploughing of the soil. The maturation is long and with very few new barrels, the stirring is carried out gently and the wines are not filtered. Pierre Boisson has chosen to age very long in old barrels so as not to mark the wine.

Domaine Pierre Boisson's 2020 Pommard Red embodies the excellence of the Pommard appellation, renowned for its robust and elegant red wines from the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. Grown according to traditional methods, without the use of chemical fertilizers, this wine reflects a deep respect for the terroir and the vines. Its prolonged ageing in old barrels allows for gentle maturation, preserving the balance and complexity of the wine.
