After the takeover of the Domaine des Valanges by the three sons of Jocelyne and Michel PAQUET, its founders, the Domaine is now called FAMILLE PAQUET. Today, the family estate of almost 27 hectares produces more than 218,000 bottles per year, in the Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Mâcon-Villages appellations. Since 2014, Camille PAQUET has been at the helm of production and very quickly, he committed the estate to a new dynamic: a conversion to Organic Farming.

This Mâcon-Villages "Nos Cinq Terroirs" 2021 from the Famille Paquet has a pretty bright light gold colour, a greedy nose of acacia honey, marzipan and spring flowers and a palate that appears rich, round, powerful and structured. A tasty finish.
