SAB'S "Le Blanc" - Eau de Vie of Pinot Noir | Alambic Bourguignon
Located in the heart of Beaune, the historic capital of the Burgundy wine region, SAB'S Alambic Bourguignon continues a centuries-old tradition of distillation. In the past, each village had its own distiller, but today, only a few artisans, like SAB'S, maintain this unique expertise. With unwavering passion, the Alambic Bourguignon transforms the grape pomace and wine lees from the most prestigious Burgundy terroirs into eaux-de-vie of exceptional purity and finesse.
The SAB'S "Le Blanc" is an eau-de-vie produced from 100% Burgundy Pinot Noir Marc. After a meticulous distillation, it rests for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, allowing for perfect maturation without altering its fruity character. Each bottle is produced in a limited edition of 500 units, making it a rare and precious product.
