Guardian of a centuries-old tradition, theAlambic Bourguignon is located in Beaune, in the heart of wine-growing Burgundy and seeks to preserve the ancestral art of distillation. Once one boiler per village, today there are only a handful of craftsmen carrying on this heritage. The Alambic Bourguignon processes grape marcs and wine lees from the most prestigious terroirs of the region and are among the last to produce the AOC Marc de Bourgogne and Fine de Bourgogne. They also offer a very nice range of Gin and Eaux-de-vie from different horizons.

This Eau de Vie de Pinot Noir "Le Blanc" from the Alambic Bourguignon is an eau de vie from Marc de Pinot Noir de Bourgogne aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats produced in only 500 copies. It expresses itself through a rich and opulent nose, marked by notes of raisins that then open with nuances of jasmine and pine resin. On the palate, Le Marc Blanc stands out for its liveliness and precision. The presence of the grape stalk and the richness of the fruit are expressed with remarkable frankness. The finish is both long and greedy and leaves a very pleasant sensation of freshness.
