Founded in 2021, Maxime Crotet's négociant business is dedicated to producing natural wines, crafted from organic and biodynamic (non-certified) vineyards. The grapes come from prestigious wine regions such as Burgundy (Pinot Noir), the Jura (Pinot Noir), the Beaujolais (Gamay), and the Vaucluse (Grenache, Syrah, Carignan).

Maxime’s winemaking journey began in his hometown of Pays Beaunois, where he developed a passion for natural wine. Under the mentorship of Frédéric Cossard, he honed his skills in natural viticulture and sulfur-free winemaking. After a decade of learning, Maxime launched his own négociant venture, focusing on early-harvested, whole-cluster fermentation wines, produced without chemicals, yeasts, sulfur, fining, or filtration.

Maxime Crotet's wines are a true testament to his visionary approach to natural winemaking, offering a pure expression of the fruit and terroir through sustainable, low-intervention methods.
