Maxime has adopted an approach based on organic farming and natural winemaking methods. His estate does not own vineyards, but he collaborates with winegrowers who share his values to produce wines of exceptional quality, in line with his respect for nature and biodiversity.

The Maceration Blanc 2022 is made from 100% Gewurztraminer, a noble grape variety from Alsace. Maxime chose to vinify these grapes using carbonic maceration, an innovative technique that allows fermentation within whole clusters. This method brings a beautiful complexity, a silky texture, while maintaining a remarkable freshness to this wine.

The Maceration Blanc 2022 offers subtle aromas of exotic fruits and a delicate floral note. Its rich texture is supported by a beautiful acidity that brings superb tension on the palate.
