Saint-Véran White Wine "En Crèches" 2019 Famille Paquet

After the takeover of the Domaine des Valanges by the three sons of Jocelyne and Michel PAQUET, its founders, the Domaine is now called FAMILLE PAQUET. Today, the family estate of almost 27 hectares produces more than 218,000 bottles per year, in the Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Mâcon-Villages appellations. Since 2014, Camille PAQUET has been at the helm of production and very quickly, he committed the estate to a new dynamic: a conversion to Organic Farming.

This 2019 Saint-Véran "En Crèches" from the Famille Paquet seduces with its complex and rich aromatic palette of citrus, green apple and candied lemon. The palate is balanced and brings a mineral structure as well as a fine acidity.
Pair it with scallops, a seafood platter, fresh pasta or tout simplement as an aperitif.
