Arianna Occhipinti has placed Sicily at the heart of the global wine scene with her natural wines. His career began at the age of 16, influenced by his uncle vigneron. After studying oenology, she created authentic wines, including Nero d'Avola and Frappato. Organically and biodynamically grown, its wines reflect the very essence of Sicily.

Arianna Occhipinti has made a name for herself in the global wine sphere by placing Sicily at the centre of attention, especially in so-called "natural" wines. Arianna's career as a winemaker began quite quickly when, at the age of 16, her uncle vigneron asked her to help him. It clicked immediately and Arianna joined the oenology school in Milan to forge a solid foundation.

Very quickly, however, she emancipated herself from modern oenology to produce the wines she loved deeply; i.e. wines with a minimum of inputs and interventions.

At the age of 22 she signe her first vintage on her favourite Sicilian grape varieties: Nero d'Avola and Frappato.

She quickly found her way to success and her wines were acclaimed for their aromatic freshness and their well-asserted identity. The vines are grown organically without synthetic products to deliver all the essence of the Sicilian grape varieties.

Arianna is also committed to using certain biodynamic methods, constantly experimenting to better sublimate her Sicilian terroirs whose diversity of soils impresses. It also pushes the envelope by offering single-vineyard wines through the Vini di Contrada range that we present here.

Wines with a strong identity to better rediscover the exceptional potential of Sicilian wines.
