Founded at the beginning of the 20th century, Domaine Chevalier has weathered historical challenges, including the phylloxera crisis and the First World War. Taken over by Marcelle Chevalier and her husband Emile Chevalier, the estate experienced significant growth under the leadership of their son, Georges Chevalier, who in 1959 decided to bottle the entire harvest. Since 1969, all the harvests have been sold exclusively in bottles. Claude Chevalier, Georges' son, joined the estate in 1975 and initiated major reforms to improve the quality of the wines. Today, Domaine Chevalier is recognized for producing elegant wines, resulting from rigorous vineyard management and meticulous winemaking.

The Ladoix Blanc 2021 from Domaine Chevalier is a white wine made 100% from Chardonnay, grown on the prestigious terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. The 2021 vintage is characterized by exceptional freshness, aromatic complexity with notes of white fruits (apple, pear) and white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), as well as marked minerality, typical of wines from this appellation. Carefully vinified and aged by Claude Chevalier, this wine reveals a beautiful structure on the palate, with balanced acidity and a long and elegant finish.
