The Domaine Chevalier, founded in 1850 by Émile Dubois, is a historic winery in Burgundy. Awarded at numerous Agricultural Competitions and World Exhibitions, the estate has maintained a high level of quality through the ages.

Taken over by Marcelle Dubois and her husband Émile Chevalier after the phylloxera crisis and the war of 1914-1918, the estate experienced a true renaissance. Émile restored the estate, and his son, Georges Chevalier, continued to develop it with passion and rigor. In 1959, Georges decided to bottle the entire harvest, marking a turning point in the estate's history. His son Claude Chevalier joined the adventure in 1975 and paid particular attention to the marketing of the wines. The estate then reached 11 hectares.

Since 1994, Claude Chevalier has fully supervised the winemaking, bringing innovations in vine cultivation and winemaking techniques. Today, the estate is renowned for its high-quality wines, combining tradition and modernity.
