The Domaine Chevalier, located in Aloxe-Corton in the Côte de Beaune, is a family estate passed down from generation to generation since the phylloxera crisis. After taking over the estate in the 1920s, Émile Chevalier and his son Georges expanded it to reach 11 hectares today. Under the management of Claude Chevalier since 1994, the estate has undergone many changes, particularly in winemaking, with a focus on the quality of the wines, from the vine to the bottle.

The Aloxe-Corton Rouge 2021 is a refined red wine typical of its appellation. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, it perfectly expresses the unique character of its terroir. The meticulous winemaking process, with a selection of new barrels and prolonged aging, gives this wine an elegant and harmonious structure. Its aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, blend with subtle notes of spices and undergrowth, bringing great complexity to the palate.
