Brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume Chapuis, who come from a family lineage rooted in Burgundy viticulture, launched the "Chapuis Frères" estate in 2009 in Pommard. With 4 hectares of vines and purchases of often organic grapes, their range includes Savigny les Beaune, Chorey les Beaune and Pernand-Vergelesses. Following the success, they moved to Ladoix, adopting a low-intervention approach, favouring indigenous yeasts and limiting the use of sulphur and oak barrels. The wines, harvested by hand, are distinguished by their aromatic freshness and their immediate drinkability, reflecting the Burgundian terroir.

This wine reveals frank and fresh notes of citrus, white peach, pear and apple, with a very pleasant tangy finish. An authentic Chardonnay, perfect for an aperitif or a gourmet break at four o'clock, without artifice but with character!
