Two brothers (Romain and Jean-Guillaume) from a family of vigneron Aloxe Corton, passionate about gastronomy, wine and terroir, decided to combine their skills in order to offer the wines they had dreamed of for a long time. They founded la maison Chapuis Frères in the heart of the village of Pommard in 2009.

Savigny-Les-Beaune 2021 Domaine Chapuis Frères offers a deep cherry colour, purple with garnet reflections, a nose of black and red berries (blackcurrant, cherry, raspberry) and floral notes (violet). On the palate, it is discreetly tannic, full-bodied and preserves its fruit. Roundness and volume, balance and power in just the right proportions evoke sour cherries with beautiful elegance. It will accompany pleasant and tasty cuts of beef and on a crispy roast poultry, its fleshy personality can play with the slightly dry fibres, as well as with the more aromatic ones of a lacquered or caramelised poultry.
