SAB'S Brandy finish Tennessee Cask Spirits Alambic Bourguignon

Guardian of a centuries-old tradition, the Alambic Bourguignon is located in Beaune, in the heart of wine-growing Burgundy and seeks to preserve the ancestral art of distillation. Once one boiler per village, today there are only a handful of craftsmen carrying on this heritage. The Alambic Bourguignon processes grape marcs and wine lees from the most prestigious terroirs of the region and are among the last to produce the AOC Marc de Bourgogne and Fine de Bourgogne. They also offer a very nice range of Gin and Eaux-de-vie from different horizons.

This Brandy aged in American Tennessee casks from Alambic Bourguignon is a wine brandy aged for 6 months in Tennessee American whiskey barrels produced in only 1200 copies. The idea behind this spirit is to quickly age wine brandy in a Tennessee barrel, which brings the characteristics of American whiskey to the subtlety of Burgundy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brandy. On the palate, we discover a very particular silkiness of Brandy, which gives way to a beautiful curiosity specific to Tennessee whiskey.
