The Domaine Lafarge-Vial is the result of the passion and expertise of Chantal, Frédéric, and their daughter Clotilde. In 2014, leveraging their experience from the family estate in Volnay, they ventured into Beaujolais, drawn by the richness of the Fleurie terroirs. The old vines of the estate, cultivated using organic farming and converted to biodynamics, demonstrate a profound respect for nature and traditions. The soils are plowed by horse, the vines are pruned in goblet style, and Burgundian methods are adapted to the Gamay grape variety to produce wines with great typicity.

The Fleurie Rouge "La Joie du Palais" 2020 is an exceptional vintage. From vines over 50 years old planted on granitic slopes, this vintage reveals the finesse and complexity of the Fleurie terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with care using traditional techniques. This wine is characterized by enticing aromas of raspberry, cherry, and subtle notes of sweet spices, offering a vibrant, structured palate with great depth.
