Fleurie Rouge "La Joie du Palais" 2016 | Wine from Domaine Lafarge Vial
The Domaine Lafarge-Vial was born from Chantal, Frédéric, and their daughter Clotilde Lafarge's desire to extend their Burgundian expertise to the Beaujolais terroirs. In 2014, they acquired old vines in Fleurie, cultivated according to organic farming principles and converted to biodynamics. The soils are tilled by horse, the vines pruned in goblet form, and the grapes vinified using the Burgundian method, subtly adapted to the Gamay grape variety. The result? Wines that are dense, charming, and marked by their unique typicity.

On the palate, the attack is lively and straightforward, the mid-palate is round and delightful, with a lovely consistency and silky tannins. A hint of acidity enhances the elegant structure of this wine.
From the first sip, this wine captivates with its finesse and freshness. The flavors of vibrant red fruits blend harmoniously with subtle floral touches, bringing a captivating complexity.
