Their philosophy is based on respecting the vine, precise winemaking techniques, and a constant quest for excellence.
The Champagne Extra-Brut "742 D.T." is a masterpiece that embodies the elegance and expertise of Maison Jacquesson. This cuvée is based on the 2014 harvest, enhanced by a late disgorgement (D.T.) which enriches its aromatic complexity. It is composed of a balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, giving it aromas of ripe fruits and a striking minerality. Its long maturation in the cellar allows it to develop richer notes and an exceptional structure.
The Champagne Extra-Brut "742 D.T." pairs ideally with delicate and refined dishes, such as seafood like oysters, langoustines, and lobsters, fish dishes like grilled salmon or tuna carpaccio, as well as hard cheeses, notably aged Comté or Parmesan. It also wonderfully accompanies light desserts made with fresh fruits or meringue.
