The Domaine Pierrick Bouley, located in Volnay, is a family-owned estate that spans 9 hectares, divided into 41 plots, primarily in the Volnay appellation. Pierrick Bouley, representing the sixth generation, took over the estate in 2014 after joining the operation in 2009. The vineyard is mostly made up of old vines, some over 50 years old, which give the wines exceptional complexity and richness.
The estate adopts a viticulture style inspired by biodynamic practices while remaining in conventional viticulture. Pierrick favors a low-interventionist approach, aiming to respect the natural environment of his vines as much as possible. The goal is to produce authentic wines that reflect the terroir of Volnay.
The Volnay Rouge 1er Cru "Robardelle" 2022 is a wine distinguished by its elegance and depth.
