The Domaine Pierrick Bouley, located in Volnay, is a family-owned estate with a long tradition of winemaking, currently led by Pierrick Bouley, representing the sixth generation. Since 2009, Pierrick has gradually taken over the reins of the estate and introduced environmentally friendly viticultural practices, inspired by biodynamic agriculture. Although not certified, the estate focuses on a non-interventionist approach, with special attention given to old vines, some of which are over fifty years old.
