The Domaine Pierrick Bouley, located in Volnay in Burgundy, is a family-run estate that spans approximately 9 hectares. Pierrick Bouley, representing the sixth generation of winemakers, took over the estate from the 2014 vintage after joining the operation in 2009. The estate is distinguished by its old vines, most of which are over 50 years old, spread across 41 plots. Although the estate's viticulture is still conventional, Pierrick draws inspiration from biodynamic practices and minimizes interventions, with a view to respecting the terroir.
