The Domaine Berthelemot, founded in 2006 by Brigitte Berthelemot, is distinguished by its respectful management of the soil and winemaking traditions. Located in Meursault, at the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the estate covers around 15 hectares, bringing together prestigious appellations such as Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, and Beaune. Since 2021, the vineyards have been certified organic, reflecting the estate's commitment to biodynamics and environmental preservation. With the arrival of her son Thomas in 2017, the estate has strengthened its expertise while respecting ancestral methods.

The Beaune Rouge 1er Cru "Les Bressandes" 2021 comes from the locality Les Bressandes, an exceptional terroir with iron-rich, sandy, and stony soil. The plot, facing southeast with a slope of 10 to 15%, provides an ideal exposure for the maturation of Pinot Noir. The hand-harvested grapes are followed by aging in oak barrels, giving the wine aromas of vine, violet, and dark fruits, with slightly toasted notes. On the palate, this cru stands out for its power, breadth, and delicately fruity and slightly saline finish.
