Domaine Lafarge Vial is an exciting venture led by Chantal, Frédéric, and their daughter Clotilde, heirs to an ancestral Burgundian expertise. Settled in Fleurie since 2014, they have transformed these old vines into a model of respectful cultivation, certified organic and cultivated biodynamically. The winemaking is inspired by Burgundy tradition, adapted to the specificity of Gamay, to produce authentic wines, imbued with their terroir.

The Fleurie Rouge 2018 is a Beaujolais cru of great finesse. Made from old vines pruned in goblet style and cultivated on soils worked by horse, this wine superbly expresses the typicity of Fleurie. The generous aromas of ripe red fruits are accompanied by spicy nuances and subtle touches of undergrowth, offering a complex and captivating bouquet. On the palate, it stands out with a velvety texture and soft tannins, demonstrating meticulous winemaking.
