With extensive experience on the family estate in Volnay, Chantal, Frédéric, and their daughter Clotilde have expanded their expertise to the heart of Beaujolais. In 2014, they acquired old vines in Fleurie, which they cultivate using organic farming before converting them to biodynamics. Committed to preserving the terroirs, the family practices horse plowing and trains the vines in a gobelet style. In the cellar, their Burgundian method is finely adapted to the Gamay grape variety, to offer wines that are dense, typical, and accessible.

This 2019 vintage, considered the most structured from the estate, is a true expression of the Fleurie terroir. Made from the Gamay grape, it reveals a complex and distinctive personality. Its enchanting aromas of ripe plum, wild berries, orange peel, and sweet spices invite a unique sensory discovery. Its structure is balanced by a lively acidity and silky tannins, giving it a remarkable aging potential.
