The Domaine Dominique Derain, founded in 1988 in Saint-Aubin, is the work of Dominique Derain, a former cooper passionate about viticulture. With his wife Catherine, he converted the 5.5 hectares of the estate to biodynamic farming, adopting non-interventionist methods to produce authentic and lively wines. For several years now, Julien Altaber and Carole Schwab have taken over, continuing this philosophy with remarkable expertise. Julien, with his experience and his own estate, Sextant, ensures a natural and respectful transition of the terroir.

The Bourgogne Blanc "Landré" 2020 comes from a small plot of 0.3 hectares located near the locality "Le Riaux". This Chardonnay presents a brilliant golden color with green reflections. On the palate, it reveals an elegant structure, combining richness and freshness. A subtle acidity accompanies marked mineral aromas, sometimes evoking a refined salinity. This rare and precious cuvée is the result of meticulous work and an exceptional terroir.

From the first sip, the Bourgogne Blanc "Landré" 2020 envelops the palate with a silky texture. Notes of white fruits, like pear and peach, intertwine with an intense minerality, a testament to the limestone soils.
