Vigneron for four generations, the estate was created by Jules Groffier, Laurent's great-grandfather. His grandmother Bernadette Peirazeau Groffier received part of the estate and the other part was given to her brother Robert Groffier.

Gérard Peirazeau has passed the torch to his son Laurent who perpetuates and embellishes this beautiful heritage.

The Domaine covers an area of 3 hectares 65 ares spread over 3 villages (Chambolle Musigny , Morey Saint Denis , Gevrey Chambertin ) and has 13 appellations: Chambertin clos de Bèze, Charmes Chambertin, Clos De la Roche, Clos Saint Denis, Bonnes Mares, Chambolle Musigny 1er cru "Les Amoureuses", Chambolle Musigny 1er cru "Les Hauts Doix", Morey Saint Denis 1er cru "Les Genavrières", Morey Saint Denis 1er cru "Les Chaffots", Morey village red, Morey village white, Burgundy red, Coteaux Bourguignons.

The philosophy of the estate is respect for the terroirs and its fabulous appellations. During the vinification, no products disturb it (no enzymes, no yeasts, no tartaric acid, etc.) so that the wine transcribes the full potential of the terroirs as well as possible.

Cultivation practices:

Working the land plays a very important role. The vine is cultivated in a sustainable way; use of organic and bio-controlled products at the time of treatments; Respect for the subsoil with rigorous mechanical work by limiting the number of passages in order to avoid its compaction as much as possible, and of course no use of pesticides to preserve our dear allies living above and below the vines. All this work allows you to share with you all the roundness, suppleness and complexity of the very beautiful appellations that comprise the estate.
