The Maison Gautheron D’Anost, founded in 2020 by Bastien Gautheron, is renowned for its modern and terroir-respectful approach. Working with precise and elegant Burgundy wines, Bastien adopts a low-intervention winemaking process, allowing the pure expression of Bouzeron Aligoté, the only village appellation dedicated to this emblematic grape variety.

This Bouzeron 2023 comes from a blend of the climates “En Rabeutlot” and “Les Bouchines”, located on well-drained limestone soils, giving the wine a beautiful liveliness and mineral tension. The aging is divided between barrels on lees (entirely for Les Bouchines and 2/3 for En Rabeutlot) and stainless steel tanks on fine lees, preserving the wine's freshness and balance.
