The Maison Gautheron D’Anost, established in 2020 by Bastien Gautheron, offers a modern and respectful approach to the Burgundy terroir. A former collaborator of Olivier Leflaive, Bastien advocates for a low-intervention vinification, favoring short macerations and gentle extraction. Working with small 15 HL stainless steel vats ensures optimal preservation of the wine's aromas and freshness.

The Marsannay "Au Quartier" 2023 comes from a terroir located on the upper slopes, in the area of the future 1er Cru "Champ Perdrix", giving the grapes a great concentration and an excellent tension. Vinified from destemmed Pinot Noir, this wine benefits from a quick maceration and fermentation, with only two gentle punch-downs and daily pump-overs to limit oxygen exposure and preserve the aromatic finesse.

• Appearance: Deep red with intense garnet highlights.

• Nose: Expressive and complex, blending spicy notes, bramble, wildflowers, and fresh red and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry).
