The Domaine des Roches Neuves, located in Varrains in the Loire Valley, is a symbol of Saumur wines. Founded in 1850, it has experienced a revival under the direction of Thierry Germain since 1991. The estate now covers 28 hectares, entirely cultivated using biodynamic methods, a commitment made since the 2000s. With a fragmented vineyard composed of 61 plots, Thierry Germain produces wines that reflect the excellence of their terroir, both red and white.
