The Rully Blanc "Fromange" 2022 from Domaine La Pierre Ronde, crafted by Antoine Lepetit De La Bigne, comes from old vines located on the cool heights of Rully. Fermentation takes place in new (60%) and old (40%) barrels, followed by 12 months of aging on full lees to enrich the wine's complexity, then 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling is done without fining, with a light filtration on fruit day, preserving the wine's purity and authenticity. Only 2500 bottles and 18 magnums are produced.
