Fermented in large wooden vats and barrels, it benefits from 12 months of aging on total lees (65% in large vats, 35% in new barrels) followed by 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled without fining and with fruit-day filtration, this wine expresses the purity and richness of the Burgundy terroir, offering subtle aromas and a beautiful complexity on the palate.
