Thanks to this approach, Albert Bichot today embodies a model of respectful viticulture and the promotion of Burgundy terroirs.
The Bourgogne Chardonnay Blanc "Origine" 2020 is a cuvée from a mosaic of plots planted on clay-limestone soils, typical of the great Burgundy terroirs. This carefully crafted Chardonnay reveals an aromatic freshness and roundness that make it an elegant wine. Fermentation is carried out 80% in vats and 20% in barrels, followed by aging on fine lees for 9 to 11 months. This wine offers an authentic expression of Burgundy Chardonnay.
The Bourgogne Chardonnay Blanc "Origine" 2020 pairs perfectly with simply prepared fish and seafood. It also complements white meats and poultry, whether grilled or cooked in a light sauce. Serve between 10 and 12°C to reveal all its freshness.
This wine reflects the expertise and commitment of Maison Albert Bichot in preserving Burgundy terroirs and respectful viticultural practices.
