True to its roots, the Alambic Bourguignon works with grape pomace and wine lees from the finest terroirs to create authentic and unique spirits, while innovating with creations like this exceptional Rosé Gin.

The SAB'S Le Gin Rosé is an exceptional spirit, the result of a meticulous maceration of juniper and 14 other aromatic plants, enriched with a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brandy from Burgundy. After a three-month rest in stainless steel tanks, it undergoes a 15-day finish in Moscatel barrels, which gives it a delicate roundness and a natural pink hue. Each bottle is carefully sealed with a distinctive pink wax, symbolizing its elegance and refinement.
