Description

VDF Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut "La Bulle" | Wine from Domaine Chapuis & Chapuis

The Domaine Chapuis & Chapuis, founded by brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume Chapuis in 2009, is located in Ladoix, in Burgundy. These two winemakers, from a lineage of Burgundian vintners, cultivate 4 hectares of vineyards with a minimalist approach, favoring indigenous yeasts, reducing the use of sulfur, and limiting the influence of wood on their wines. The grapes are hand-harvested, ensuring optimal quality. Their expertise and respect for the terroir are reflected in authentic, fresh, and accessible vintages.

The VDF Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut "La Bulle" is a sparkling wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir. This sparkling white wine, produced using the traditional method, is a true tribute to the Côte Chalonnaise. After a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, the wine is bottled for a second fermentation, developing its fine bubbles. The result is an Extra Brut wine, with a very low dosage of sugar, offering a refreshing and natural tasting experience.

The VDF Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut "La Bulle" stands out for its freshness and delightfulness. Its fine bubbles reveal delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry, biscuit, and green apple. On the palate, it is lively and crisp, with a beautiful aromatic persistence and a refreshing finish.

This versatile vintage is ideal for enjoying as an aperitif, but it also pairs perfectly with seafood, sushi, or summer salads. For those with a penchant for light desserts, it will beautifully complement a red fruit tart or a Breton shortbread.
