The Domaine Pierrick Bouley, located in Volnay, has been a family estate for six generations. Pierrick Bouley, who joined the estate in 2009, took over from his parents starting with the 2014 vintage. With nearly 9 hectares spread across 41 plots, the estate is distinguished by its old vines, some of which are over 50 years old. Mainly focused on the Volnay appellation, the estate produces elegant and refined wines, marked by respect for the terroir.

Pierrick Bouley adopts a "bio" and "natural" viticulture approach, drawing inspiration from biodynamic methods while remaining in conventional viticulture. Due to the fragmentation of the plots, transitioning to total organic is complex, but Pierrick strives to be as non-interventionist as possible, thus respecting the uniqueness of each plot.
