Domaine Pierrick Bouley is a family estate located in the heart of Volnay, in Burgundy. Since 2009, Pierrick Bouley, representing the sixth generation, has joined the operation and took over from the 2014 vintage. This estate is distinguished by its old vines, most of which are over 50 years old, and its progressive approach towards more environmentally friendly viticulture. Although the plots are fragmented and obtaining organic certification is challenging in this configuration, Pierrick is inspired by the principles of biodynamics and adopts a organic and natural style of viticulture. With 9 hectares spread over 41 plots, mainly in Volnay, the estate is renowned for its premier crus, including the famous Volnay 1er Cru "Ronceret".
