The Domaine Pierrick Bouley, located in Volnay, is a family-run estate taken over by Pierrick Bouley in 2014, after joining the estate in 2009. This 9-hectare estate, consisting of 41 plots, is renowned for its old vines, most of which are over 50 years old. Although Pierrick practices conventional viticulture, he increasingly adopts organic methods and takes inspiration from biodynamics to cultivate his vines in an environmentally friendly manner.

The Bourgogne rouge Côte D'Or cuvée "Pinot Noir" 2022 is made from 100% Pinot Noir, a flagship grape variety of the region. This wine perfectly reflects the Burgundian terroir with its freshness, elegance, and delicate fruitiness. A conversion to organic wine, it offers a brilliant ruby color and an ideal balance between lightness and intensity.
