The Domaine Chapuis & Chapuis is managed by brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume Chapuis, descendants of a long line of Burgundy winemakers. Since the establishment of their estate in 2009, they have distinguished themselves with a natural approach to viticulture, favoring indigenous yeasts and limiting the use of sulfur as well as interventions in the cellar. Their vines, cultivated without chemicals, produce grapes rich in aromas, offering a beautiful expression of the Burgundy terroir. The move to Ladoix has allowed them to expand their production, which now includes prestigious appellations such as Savigny-lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, and Chorey-lès-Beaune.
