Description
La régalade des champs is a nod to Bruno Doucet's restaurant, which offers bistro cuisine "just the way we like it": generous, delicious, full of emotion. A cuisine that we like to share with our friends, family, the people we "love".
The author; Bruno Doucet has worked in the great Michelin-starred houses (Fouquet's, Prunier, Pierre Gagnaire, Apicius). In 2004, following in the footsteps of Yves Camdeborde, he launched with La Régalade, a Parisian institution in the 14th arrondissement, which has given bistronomy its letters of nobility. Since then, he has opened two new Regalades (Saint-Honoré and Conservatoire). These restaurants are always packed; There is a very communicative jovial atmosphere. Indulgence and relaxation await!
After running a canteen in a music studio in Paris for two years, Charlotte Lascève studied video and photography at the Beaux-Arts. For the past ten years, she has been working in daylight mainly for publishing and culinary la presse (Saveurs magazine, José Maréchal's books and Un goûter à New York published by Marabout, Michel Guérard's Minceur essentiel published by Albin Michel ; published by L'Epure, etc.).
