Champagne Régis Poissinet is a family estate established in 1947, extending over 7 hectares in the Marne Valley. The vineyard is 35 years old on average and is spread over 35 plots located in Cuchery, Baslieux, Leuvrigny, Troissy and Mareuil-le-Port. The main grape variety is Pinot Meunier, supplemented by Chardonnay and some Pinot Noir. Under Régis' direction, the vines are now cultivated with strict respect for the environment and their own balance, thus revealing all the subtlety and richness of their terroir.

Domaine Régis Poissinet's Champagne Extra-Brut "Cuvée Irizée Meunier" 2016 embodies the fusion between tradition and innovation, inspired by Greek mythology with Iris, messenger of the gods and symbol of connection between heaven and earth. This cuvée, the first of the new estate, reflects a bold vision and deeply rooted values. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier, carefully selected from the best juices of 2016, it is aged in barrels and vats, unfiltered and very low dosed (2.6g/l). On the palate, it offers a unique experience, combining delicacy and generosity, with saline and fruity notes, structured freshness and remarkable length. Balanced and elegant, it seduces with its vibrant energy and verticality. "Irizée" transcends conventions to offer an intense emotion, harmoniously reconciling taste paradoxes.
