Champagne Extra-Brut "Terre de Rosé"| Estate wine Régis Poissinet
Champagne Régis Poissinet is a family estate established in 1947, extending over 7 hectares in the Marne Valley. The vineyard is 35 years old on average and is spread over 35 plots located in Cuchery, Baslieux, Leuvrigny, Troissy and Mareuil-le-Port. The main grape variety is Pinot Meunier, supplemented by Chardonnay and some Pinot Noir. Under Régis' direction, the vines are now cultivated with strict respect for the environment and their own balance, thus revealing all the subtlety and richness of their terroir.
The Champagne Extra-Brut "Terre de Rosé" from Domaine Régis Poissinet is a rarity with only 587 bottles produced. Composed of 70% Meunier and 30% Chardonnay, it is exclusively aged in oak barrels. Its garnet-red pink colour, with ruby reflections, evokes vitality and energy. On the nose, it seduces with its expressive aromas of kirsch, spices, raspberry and wild red fruits. On the palate, it offers a dominant raspberry with a lively freshness and nuances of stewed fruit, morello cherry and wild strawberry. This champagne expresses all the richness and complexity of its terroir with elegance and intensity.
