Sourced from old Pinot Noir vines planted in 1946 by Joseph Bachey, this wine reflects the family's heritage and expertise. Harvested manually, it undergoes meticulous vinification: cold pre-fermentation maceration, 11-day alcoholic fermentation, and 10-day post-fermentation maceration. The 14-month aging process takes place in oak barrels (20% new), offering complexity and depth.
