Coteaux Bourguignon Red "A Minima" 2021 | Wine from Domaine Trapet
Domaine Trapet, located in the heart of the prestigious Burgundy wine region, is one of the most respected and renowned estates in the region. Founded in 1870, this family estate has perpetuated a tradition of excellent viticulture for several generations. Under the current management of Jean-Louis Trapet, the estate is resolutely committed to biodynamic viticulture, respectful of the environment and the terroir. Each plot is cultivated with meticulous care, allowing the vines to fully express their unique character.
The Coteaux Bourguignon Rouge "A Minima" 2021 from Domaine Trapet is a wine of pleasure, born from the union between Gamay and fine Pinot Noir. These grape varieties thrive on the Grands Champs plot, located in the Gevrey finage, replanted by Louis and Jean Trapet in 1965, and adjoining the Gevrey-Chambertin AOC. The estate has 60 ares divided into 3 plots, offering a wine that combines the vigour of Gamay with the subtlety of Pinot Noir.
