Description
Chorey-Lès-Beaune Blanc 2023 | Wine From Domaine Chapuis & Chapuis
The Domaine Chapuis & Chapuis, founded by brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume Chapuis, is part of the Burgundian wine tradition. Since 2009, this family estate, initially based in Pommard and later moved to Ladoix, spans 4 hectares of vineyards and is distinguished by its minimalist and environmentally friendly approach. The Chapuis brothers favor indigenous yeasts and reduce the use of sulfur, bringing to their wines a pure and faithful expression of the Burgundian terroir.
The Chorey-Lès-Beaune Blanc 2023 is a true showcase of Chapuis' expertise. Made from Chardonnay, this wine reveals a perfect balance between freshness and creaminess. Aging in oak barrels brings subtle and elegant nuances.
On the nose, fruity aromas of peach and pear intermingle with citrus touches and toasted notes. On the palate, the texture is silky with a persistent freshness, complemented by a delicate hint of almond and a slightly toasted finish.
This white wine pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, grilled fish, roasted poultry, and aged cheeses. For a convivial meal, pair it with a seasonal vegetable tart or a creamy risotto.
