The Domaine La Soufrandière, located in the heart of the Mâconnais in Burgundy, is a true reference for lovers of biodynamic wines. Founded in 1999 by the Bret brothers, the estate spans about twenty hectares of vineyards. The Bret family is deeply committed to environmental respect, with biodynamic viticulture that highlights the biodiversity and unique terroir of the region. Their wines, made primarily from Chardonnay, are renowned for their finesse and authentic expression of the Burgundy terroir.
The Saint-Véran Blanc Climat La Bonnode "Zen" 2022 is a single-vineyard white wine produced from 35-year-old vines on average, located on a 2-hectare plot at the foot of the Roche de Vergisson, a privileged terroir that favors biodynamic viticulture. This wine is made 100% from the Chardonnay grape, and it perfectly reflects the expression of the Saint-Véran terroir. Carefully vinified by the Bret brothers, this ovoid cuvée is a pure delight of finesse, balance, and complexity.
